I'm John Nestor, and Nanepashemet Services is my Marblehead business. On the real estate side I do business as Nanepashemet Real Estate Services. I'm a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker and a licensed general contractor, which means I look at houses two ways: what they're worth and how they're put together.
That combination is the whole idea. When you're buying, I can walk through a house with you and tell you what's solid and what's going to cost you. When you're selling, I can tell you which projects are worth doing before you list. And when you just want the work done right, I manage renovation projects from start to finish.
I work across the North Shore, from Lynn and Nahant up to Newburyport, Salisbury and Amesbury, and Marblehead is home.
When I'm not working, you'll probably find me building boats or making hand-crafted wooden flags in the shop.
